Fantastic location just steps from Times Square. Rooms are tiny and the bathroom design is pretty cramped. Friendly staff made things easier during my stay.

The lobby boasts historical charm with cool photos everywhere. The staff are lovely and always quick to help, which made my day brighter.
The bathroom supplies were too stingy and needed asking for daily.

Location is unbeatable. The lobby impresses with its cleanliness and decor. Comfy beds are a plus, especially with twin options for a girls' trip. The staff shines—accommodating and friendly. the experience faltered. Our initial tiny room for one was inconvenient after a long flight. Moving luggage back and forth was bothersome. The luggage storage fee is puzzling and feels unnecessary. Amenities fall short for a four-star establishment—no fridge, minimal room essentials, and cramped bathrooms. While the ambiance is inviting, the lack of thoughtful basics detracted from the experience. A higher standard is expected. Improvements in room conditions and service structure would elevate the stay significantly.

Location is perfect; very close to Times Square. Room was quite small and the bathroom could use an update. Staff were friendly and responsive. Check-in process was a bit chaotic, but overall, it worked out.

Paramount Hotel Times Square offers a fantastic location, perfect for exploring New York. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, adding to the pleasant experience. the room could have benefited from more amenities, such as a refrigerator and better bathroom facilities.

The wedding setup was beautiful and the food was delicious! Staff kept everything running smoothly and were very nice.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I think the value is acceptable.

The location was fantastic, perfect for theater lovers. But the room? A huge letdown. It was dirty, with hair and mold in the shower, and the air conditioning was a constant battle, often failing when I needed it most. Check-in was chaotic, and I had to pay just to store my luggage, which feels absurd for a hotel. The staff was friendly, but they never followed through on requests. If you only need a place to crash after exploring the city, it might work, but the discomforts really overshadowed the positives.

With a fantastic central position, just a few steps from Times Square, I enjoyed easy access to the energy of Broadway, incredible restaurants like Carmine's Italian Restaurant and Patzeria Perfect Pizza, and a nice selection of coffee shops and convenient stores within a short stroll. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff was generally friendly, always offering fresh water and ice during my stay. the lobby, while modern and lively, could get a bit crowded at times.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff was incredibly friendly! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of all the action. My room was cozy with a very comfy bed—just what I needed after a day of exploring!

The room was quite small, not as spacious as advertised. The bed, small for two, was instead described as a twin. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space effectively, requiring us to open the window for fresh air. Noise levels were surprisingly manageable given the bustling surroundings. The bathroom lacked washcloths and amenities, and it took a while for the shower to warm up. Conveniently, there's a free water station on the fourth floor. Despite the room's limitations, the location and friendly staff truly enhanced the experience.

I was really let down by the hotel. The room was freezing, and no matter how high I turned up the heat, it stayed cold. Plus, I could hear everything from outside; the walls felt paper-thin. Just miserable!

Great location and free wi-fi, but very cramped rooms with outdated amenities.

Location was extremely convenient, just steps away from Times Square and a short walk to Rockefeller Center and high-end shopping destinations. The staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.
The room was quite small, more suitable for solo travelers than couples. Some amenities listed were missing or not working properly, such as the air conditioning and the absence of washcloths upon arrival.

Prime location, just a couple mins from Times Square. Room was cozy and comfy with a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a nice shower. The lobby's modern vibe with a pool table is cool. Staff was super friendly and helped me with payment issues. Nice fitness center too!

clean room, clean bathroom with hot water and a wonderfully attentive staff that made me feel welcome and assisted with any questions I had during my stay.
Not a single issue.

We had a blast at the live DJ's nightly party on the second floor, right in the heart of Times Square. The vibrant atmosphere and music made our evenings unforgettable!
My wife says that the hotel should offer more kid-friendly activities.

Great location near Times Square. Elevators inconsistent and rooms small.

My friends and I had a blast at Times Square and the cool DJ party upstairs was lit! The central location made it easy for us to party hard and crash afterwards.
Wish they had a bit more happening on-site for us young party animals—maybe a trendy rooftop bar or a chill hangout spot.

The location of the hotel was perfect for attending a show, just across the street from the theater. And I appreciated the comfortable and clean room, which provided a great stay. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

I really appreciated the prime location of the hotel , couldn't have asked for a better spot. The staff were also top, notch , super friendly and helpful. The cozy room and extra comfy bed were definitely a plus, making for a relaxing stay. there were a few things that could be improved. The heating in my room was a bit wonky, and it was tough to get it to turn down. The lack of a fridge was a downside too, as I like to have cold drinks on hand. The slow water in the showers was a bit frustrating, and the toiletries provided were only half full containers. the noise from outside kept me up at night, which was not ideal. despite the shortcomings, I would still consider returning to the Paramount for the great location and welcoming staff. Just a few tweaks here and there could really enhance the overall experience. If you're looking for a place with character and a convenient location, this could be a good option for you.

The lobby is posh but lacks cozy lamps in the rooms. I checked-in quickly. The hotel is proud to be linked with the theater league, perfect for my show night, except the noisy night outside. Cons: For the price I paid, extra small rooms and noisy AC are a real bargain! .

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this hotel in the heart of New York City. The location was perfect, just steps away from the theaters we attended and surrounded by everything Times Square has to offer. The staff provided excellent customer service, from the friendly and helpful check-in personnel to the attentive doorman. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furniture and a king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. it was a fantastic experience.
The large queue during check-in, which made the process a bit frustrating after a long day of traveling. It would have been better if the staff had been more organized and less under pressure, as it resulted in a delay in getting to our room.

we stay here every year for our anniversary. it is a great location for access to times square and broadway. i loved the in room entertainment system. it was simple to stream content from our phones. watching tv wasn’t at the top of our lists of thing to do in nyc but it was nice not to fuss with it when we did. the room was really clean and comfortable. i liked the “no front desk” check out process from the tv in the room.
Nothing not too like 😊

I chose Paramount Hotel Times Square exclusively for its convenient location near the Museum of Modern Art. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the premium wireless internet access available for unlimited devices. The celebrated Paramount Bar at the lobby level was a delightful place to relax and enjoy a pre-theater cocktail.
Small rooms, outdated bathroom, peeling paint, unfriendly staff, lack of amenities.
